An Iraq war veteran, Purple Heart recipient and member of the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit, Sgt. 1st Class Josh Olson spoke about losing his right leg after being injured by a rocket-propelled grenade, his recovery at Walter Reed Army Medical Center and adjustment to life as an amputee, and his decision to remain in the military and to use his experience to help others.
