At least 1.3 million people died worldwide in car crashes, according to a report issued Wednesday at the International Transport Forum in Leipzig, Germany. But researchers say countries are making roads safer, and 50 years from now it's possible virtually no one will die on the roads. (Video and editing by Gordon Dickson, May 2, 2012)
